Since it seems the two of you are on a social level, make sure to mention that you were just with your "good friend" when he saw you. This is always a way of saying you are available. If nothing else, suggest that the two of you do something together but make sure it's something two people who were going on a date do. Rollerblading, dinner, etc.

The thing with us guys we dun usually wanna take the first move sometimes because some of us are really afraid of being rejected unless there's a clear sign that the gal is hinting us. The thing is since you're always around guys and all i noe that shows you got a lot of good guy frenz but to this particular guy he might think that he's just one of your 'guy frenz' and i'm sure he doesn't think that you got special feelings for him but that you just like him as one of the guys. If you wanna tell him that you like him by hinting do it so by doing some special things for him that you dun do to ur other guy frenz and do let him noe that like maybe write him notes or letters and add also 'i don't usually write notes to guys' you noe something like that.

Be attentive, make eye contact and develop good rapport. Dont try giving too many hints - guys get turned off when women hit on them too hard. Let him make the moves and remember that the hunt is better than the kill for guys. Cheers

ok first of all its for sure he likes you so just when u see this guy, flirt with him ask for his number and say u might just ask himout sometime. or if ur too shy, just be like oh do u have a girlfriend? and be like oh yeah i'm single too and i'm looking and he migght get the hint that you like him back then he might just ask you out oh and good luck

1)Smile at him often
2) make lotsa eye contact with him
3)exchange sweet hellos with him n chat with him if he is dat shy types.
4)keep on praising him(genuinely) n tell him wat is attractive abt him etc etc.
5) If u r gutsy u can even flirt with him a lil.

If he's really that bad at reading you (assuming you've already tried to hint it) then maybe you should tell him about some restaurant you "just heard about," invite him and tell him straight out. It's good to be assertive. =D
