I don't necessarily disbelieve in them, but am convinced that most "ghost" sightings are images from the subconscious mind, not genuine "apparitions" from the "spirit world".
One may remember departed loved ones very vividly, and also have dreadful subconsciously-held mental pictures personifying dread, terror, and death. One might also have a longing to believe that there are haunted places. The associations that the mind connects with certain places, or vivid longings in the mind, might cause the subconscious to superimpose "ghost" images on the everyday world sometimes.
All people "see" people in their subconscious, but normally this is confined to dreams. Ghost sightings are, in my opinion, mostly when we "dream awake". I, like the majority of people, also believe that people have spirits that survive after death, and, like many others, believe in the possibility that they can sometimes communicate with the living in one way or another. But, again, I suspect that most of the time when we can "just feel the presence" of a deceased person in the room, it is the presence of the person's memory pervading the "inward room" of the mind.
To "see things" and people that are not really there is common among stressed and tired people, and is no longer believed by most authorities necessarily to be a sign either of supernatural presence or of insanity.

Yes I do! By the term ghosts and spirits I assume that you are refering to the dead who remain on Earth in the spirit form. I am not sure about the existence of these sort of spirits.
When I say that I do believe in them, I am refering to the beings found in the heavenly realm such as angles and demonic forces. The demonic forces can be visible at times and perform actions which results in the tales of haunted builings etc.
On the other hand, many people have reported encounters with angels either saving them from danger or bringing a message from God. Have a look on the net and I'm sure that you will find some stories. It is up to you if you want to believe them or not.

Bhagavad Gita States that the Soul never dies..
It simply changes Body after Death or destruction of this Body..
Now what body it gets is explained in details in Bhagavad Gita..
So Before Death, the next body is already decided based on the persons Deeds and Desires and the soul simply goes into that body.
But there are certain conditions where a person may have to stay without a gross body ...
1) if in case the person commits Suicide, or gets killed by accident before he is supposed to die, then the body is not available for him and he has to live without that, till the time comes for his allotment of another Body...
2) If the person is very very sinful, then such person is denied another body as a punishment..
3) If the person is very disturbed at time of death then he is not able to accept another identity and is not able to take up another Body....
4) Person who worship Ghosts and take part in Sorcery dealing with other Ghosts, is given a Ghost Body so that others can exploit him in the same way he exploited other Ghost...
In all above cases and some other cases also, the soul after death, has to live only with the subtle Body of Mind, Intelligence and False Ego...Such State of Existence is Called Ghost...

Most people you ask will say no for one simple reason. They were brought up being told "Ghosts arnt real" so there mind stops them from seeing.
As my father's side of the family have all had problems with polteguists I was brought up believing and seeing them.
I lost the ability to see them for a while which makes you start doubting what you have seen but about 3 years ago I started to get back into the Supernatural, hence I started seeing and, to a greater extent, feeling them.
I dont give a crap if people reckon there not real, if they had never seen a cat before they probably wouldnt believe there real.

Yes.
I've never seen a ghost/spirit but I have felt them before. I'm sure most people have they just write it off and forget about it. One time I didn't feel a touch but could sense something and had a deep emotion come over me. It was so intense.
When I was younger a friend of my parents pulled out a weegie board (is that how it's written, don't know) I don't mess with those things because my mom was so completely freaked out after asking a question about my biological father's name and the thing freakin spelled it out, weird. No one new it not even her husband, and it didn't give his birth name it gave his nickname, still makes me shiver.
O.K. would love to tell you more but I'm getting freaked out and it's super late here. Everyone is asleep and this is worst than the Boogie Man movie I watched yesterday. Not that I should be scared. But I think you always are scared of things you are uncertain about.

I have never seen a ghost, or been in a house that I beleived to be haunted. I have gone looking for these things and can never find them. Despite any real experience I still believe in ghosts and here's why: I believe that there are things out there that are bigger than my tiny brain can comprehend. Even though I have never seen them personally that doesn't mean they are not out there. The experience we all have is a very dumbed down version that our brains can comprehend. We are on a certain level and there may be things out there on a completley different level. Anything is possible.

What appears to some as ghosts are actually demons. Ghosts, as in dead people's souls cannot be, because the dead sleep until Jesus returns. Therefore, any spirit you see, hear, feel is a demonic spirit. There are also good spirits (angels).

yes, I have scene them, I have scene childrens faces in a picture I took in a haunted movie theatre and I have scene curtains move in a building that is totally sealed from people and elements on the second floor where the balcony caved in so there is no way even if some one got into the building that they could have gotten to the curtains. the middle of two curtains lifted like someone was seperating them to look out while my wife and I were staring right at it. It was one of the scariest and coolest experiences of my life.

Yes. There have always been spirits. Every society talks about them as if they are real. You can find evidence of them in literature as far back as the beginnings of written language. They can't all be wrong can they?
