i get really nervouse around hot girls and i feel like i cant even talk. how do i get over it?

Even though it's hard, try to relax and loosen up. Be confident. Although cliche, confidence helps in almost every possible situation. Remember that girls, even attractive ones, are just people and people are generally polite and social. They are not going to laugh at you or think bad of you unless you say or do something obnoxious. Since you sound shy, this will not happen. Keep telling yourself that the worse that can happen if you talk is really nothing but the worse that can happen if you don't talk is that you miss the girl that might change your life. (In a good way.)

Trial and error, do it over and over. Trip, fall, get back up, do it again. Cindy M said it the best, be confident but don't be a doormat. I've seen too many otherwise charming and interesting guys get stomped by love because they automatically become the puppy dog whenever a girl shows some sign of interest. Do what you gotta do, take it easy.

Practice makes perfect. Just be yourself. Hot girls are more normal than you think they are. They like what most women like: someone who is real and confident. Guys tend to think that being real also means they have to be the "nice guy". Chicks don't dig "lay downs". That's why we love the bad boys...because they are unreserved and challenging.
