I was drunk, he was drunk and high, he was at my house, I told him plainly that I didn't want to have sex with him. I was going to take him home but he said he was happy just sleeping next to me. When I woke up in the morning my panties were ripped off and ...well you know what happens when u have sex without a condom...I had that feeling. When I confronted him about it, he said I was begging for it and that I shouldn't have been stupid enough to let him in my room. I agree, but still I said no and when the act happened I was passed out. Rape or not?

I wasn't begging for it...I did kiss him, but I remember everything when I'm drunk...I'm just super tired.

So sorry, girl, it's definitely rape. You got to now check your health first and make sure he didn't give you anything nasty then go to the nearest police station and lay a charge. Ask for anyone that can also give you counselling because though you might not remember the actual act, still you were violated. the fact that he says you were begging for it, says that he did actually do it. i believe you when you say you did tell him no. It's so scary when people think that alcohol and drugs give them the right to just do what they like. I know it's going to be a very hard time for you to go through and people might even snub you for letting the guy sleep next to you, others will even be as cruel as to say you did ask for it. So surround yourself with supportive people, mainly your family and friends and all the best!
You mail email me if you need to talk. God Bless

Yes it was rape! You said no and were passed out and not able to protect yourself. This often happens when date rape drugs are used not saying that is what happened to you. It does sound to me like you are putting you safety at risk by partaking in high risk behavior and you need to take a look at what is happening in your life to cause this to happen..but it is still rape. Go and see a rape counselor as soon as possible Hon, it will help.

No does mean no... and it was wrong so don't take this wrong, but sadly I think you'd have a hard time I think getting your local DA to prosecute that case. You can always call the police and talk to the shift supervisor about it and see what they recommend.
The best advise I can give is 1. try not to ever put yourself in that position again. 2. know the people your partying with very well if they are staying, if not they need to hit the road by taxi, a sober friend, or on foot or whatever. 3. try not to ever put yourself in that position again. 4.never set yourself up for failure like that, friends will not take advantage of you in a weakened state, but predators will seek out the weak & easy. 5. try not to ever put yourself in that position again. 6. go get checked out for possible STD's. 7. try not to ever put yourself in that position again.

Rape?
He was in YOUR house. In YOUR bed. And, from your description you were wearing "only" panties (that were "ripped off"), and you were drunk, so drunk you can't even remember he had sex with you.
Rape?
give me a break... it is not what you say, it's what you do. So many girls like to say "no" (japanese girls use "dame") while having sex.. is that rape then? You amaze me.

That's raping. He was doing it on you without permission. If you're below 16, you should call the police immediately. If you're above 16, go find some Women's Association and seek for advice. You are drunk, so you did not have enough persistent to disallow him in your room. What so ever is it, it is his fault for taking advantage on you.

Well were you begging for it? you don't really know if you were drunk. But if you can remember saying no then it was rape. You shouldn't hang out with people like that I would say you raped yourself by making poor choices

YES, it's rape, no matter at what level of drunkness you are at he could've controlled it, and he knew full and well what he did. Don't let him make you feel guilty about the situation, when you didn't agree to sleep with him in the first place.
