Use Matrix Sleek Look shampoo and conditioner and styling aids. I have the same problem. Matrix has a whole line made just for us. Flat iron after using the products. The last step is a smoothing serum. It makes your hair feel like silk.

totally my problem. mmm, either buy an anti-frizz product. john Frieda Frizz ease works miracles for me. Or try using a conditioner meant for curly hair. A simple soultion: When you get out of the shower, put a dime size amount of baby oil in your palm, and massage it into your damp hair especially the ends. When your hair dries, it'll be totally soft but without the oily effect :)
