breakfast- cereal,orange juice
brunch- a banana or almonds or water
lunch- rice,green vegetables,yogurt
dinner- fruits
cut down on oily foods,sweet foods and drink plenty of water and if u feel like eating some junk food try eating a banana instead...it will leave u feeling full after 20 minutes or so...have fruits & vegetables.once in a day u can have a chocolate.
i am not sure if the diet above contains all the nutrients but i think it will do.

hey i think you should try yoga , it's very effective for loosing your adipose tissue , i really tell you that you can loose 2 kg weight in only 7 day's , i had tried it and got the reasult , as i am from india yoga is famous there and indian's had created that art,
i'll tell you one exercise to you ok " you sit straight on the floor not on the bed , sit straight your backbone must be straight , just slowly take your breath in and leave it out after how much u can hold , do it for 10 times it will increse your memorey power , after that you take in your whole breath strongly and leave it by closing your mouth , just do it like coughing by closing your mouth, you shoul do it at morning and you shoul not eat anything before it or drink tea or not even water do it for 50 times daily it takes only 5 minutes ,
another clue you should finish your dinner before 3 hr's you get to sleep, if u do this surely u'lll losse your fat , after 7 day's you pm me ok bye and try it

eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats nuts wholegrains, fish, and a tiny bit of fatty foods.drink plenty of water and lots of calcuim rich foods, cause they need it for strong bones, save the pizza and sugar drinks for saturday nights only!
