If they have openly accused her without evidence then she can sue them for defamation of character. If they have formally lodged a complaint with the police, then they will need to provide evidence before she can be prosecuted. If she did not make the call she has nothing to worry about. If the family of her ex are preventing her getting work by virtue of rumour, then they are also breaking the law. Seek legal advice. She technically has no right of access to another person's or company's phone records. If they say she called from her own phone, then her bill would show the call wouldn't it?

no, seriously, go to the phone service that the phone call was made with and ask them to give you, or the police ( who may have already done this and that is why your g/f is being accused ) a list of calls or some sort of help....good luck.

take sum help from sum govt authority and let the matter go in the hands of police til u r sure of being innocent and let the person who tortured u to suffer.go ahead otherwise u wud land up urself in a problem

she can only get a copy of her own phone records as for the company ones only the police can ...unless the police have accused her then her lawyer should be able to get hold of them ....
