Sometimes when I am working, and I know I haven;t taken in any kind of drug, I feel "numb" and light headed. As I do after either smoking out or snorting a line of coke. Has anyone ever felt this way, and if so, what are some of the reasons for this?

i have felt naturally high many times and people seriously thought it was because i did drugs but it is because sugar can make me high.

Sometimes an increase in oxygen can make a person light headed and "high". Serotonin will make a person feel happy and laid-back. Endorphins are the "feel good" chemicals in our body which is why people love to do high-risk sports or even exercise, for the "rush" it gives them.
So there's lots of natural reasons for that feeling.
Alternatively, you could be having drug flashbacks, like people do after LSD trips. If you've snorted coke, your body may be having flashbacks.

natural high is a feeling of elated happiness you got good news about something, you've done something good things like that its an ephoria a fake high you dont have the buzzing going on in your head like you do after smoking,drinking or using drugs

When ever I am creating, and really have put my mind totally into the project, I notice i come away feeling elated..if that is what you mean...Even my eyes are lighter!

A night of no sleep and having finished a job I was happy about made me float to my bed....I was on cloud nine.

your brain is just fried from all the coke and now you are dumb as nails or you just dont know what a headrush is either way you are dumb as nails
