Im having a very hard time understanding??????
why do a lot of people feel that being higher and mightier than someone else because they are different ...race, religion, education level, financial status, ect.....will get you into heven or wherever you feel we go in the end. i think all it will do is end the world faster.

Well as far as having A LOT of stuff when you die, one of my favorite phrases that I have ever heared (in a song of course) is "I've never seen a luggage rack on a hears!" It really hits home that no matter how much money you have, how big a house you have or how many cars you own, when you die, it doesn't go with you to the next world, it stays here. If you are a worthy enough as a person, then you get into heaven!!!!

Humility is the best was to talk about God and religion. However, being human, people get caught up in their own egos sometimes and start feeling the need to be boastful and proud of who they are or expound on how right their religion is. This is a mistake and often has the opposite effect of getting people interested. I don't know if this behavior will speed up the end of the world though.

Some people are so self centered and I think they actually have such a low self esteem they have to keep telling themselves they are better than anyone else just to be able to make it through the day! And the rich have always thought their money makes them better than the rest. I think they are in for a rude awakening.

I think it is easy and relaxing to see yourself in heaven by just having a title like religion, finance race....when one think about the future. I am a Muslim but I do not believe that having this title can warranty for me heaven. Sory, But NO KÄ°ND OF DEGREE OR DIPLOM CAN BE GET IN THIS WORLD WITHOUT MAKING EFFORT.So even you are a Muslim and you do not behave accrding to your belief you also may go to hell. Because worldly diploms will help in this world for almost 40 years and diplom of heaven for eternal life can not be free I know it is mercy of God that puts us to heaven BUT HEAVEN IS NOT FREE OR CHEAP we should try to deserve it by effort TITLES ARE NOT ENOUGH nor race neither religion. We deceive ourselves with those dreams. All the best :)

in this case.. u have to first, understand what is religion, and the basic objectives of religion..
Pious people will be looked higher in the God eyes... and also in the world and human eyes...
religion asked to do good thing...
thus for some people who are pious and do good things they will automatically being respected and looked high by people around them.. its logic.
and of courese God love all good things...
only good people and being loved by God will go to heaven..
when someone thing he is better than anyone else because he has more knowledge.. more money or whatever, he already being arrogant and selfish..
thus that is not a good attitude and god do not like this kind of people.. we must be sincere and be humble and be good among human, nature or even animals..

God has placed the answers to your questions within the context of the Holy Scriptures. Sin is the reason for the fall of humanity, & self exhaltation is the course of the day. Truth is relative, All roads lead to Heaven...One world religion...etc...these things seem like the answers, but in truth lead only to destruction. God Himself says.."My people die everyday for lack of knowledge!" The truth is available to those who seek with all their heart! (and mind)

An obvious case of misunderstanding. It is not being able to afford to dress or ride in a more expensive car that will get you into heaven. most of think that because the think that it means that GOD has favored them by the attainment of Earthly wealth.

Acting like you're better than anyone else will just get you in trouble. Apparantly some people miss the scriptures/passages that deal with humility and meekness.
