Uh just to ask u guyz my friend just got a girlfriend and wants to take her out but doesnt know how. hes 13 and needs to know how could he take her out must well in ohter words fetch her and he has no older sister or brother and asking his parents he thinks thats weird!

Go someplace close take a bus or a cab or just walk this way they can get to know each other better.
