There has always been profiling to a certain degree at airports...
It is muslims terrorists that appear to be causing ALL the security problems involing aircraft... Label yourself a muslim and you will be screened accordingly... There is a saying where "you are judged by the company you keep"
I am hoping the airlines will introduce special "I am not a muslim" badges at the airport to speed up aircraft boarding times, this or the chartering of special non-muslim flights could help.
BTW - islam is not a race.

You mean arabs, not asians. Of course you know this and that is why you put "asians" in the title and posted it in many catagories. Trying to pull some people over to your side. You might as well go ahead and add latinos as well; some of them have been "profiled" into the potential terrorist group.
This profiling is going to become a necessary routine.
It may be taking place now in some places, but it will need to take place in every port, airport, and border crossing.

hey, I'd rather be rude than dead. If there are guys disobeying rules and calling each other on their cell phones, kick them the hell off. I havent heard of anyone being removed due to their race only. Maybe I'm wrong. I'm not a racist by any means, I just think some liberals get carried away.

yes i feel defacto racial profiling of air passengers is taking place. suspecting every Asian , Muslim with a beard and woman in burkha or people speaking in a language other than English are clear manifestations of paranoid psychology.

Yes, and rightfully so. I'm going to be much more suspicious of the shifty eyed muslim than the 80 year old Caucasian granny. Aren't you?

Considering that the terrorists involved in the London bombings were actually British... it is rude to think someone 'looks like a terrorist' because of their eyes and skin colour.
