Could be a bacterial infection..If you are noticing a change in skin colour, to a yellow tinge, it could be liver.. I would also have kidney function tested..

This is just a swing in the dark....
In some cases toxic poisoning.( in my case it was toxic molds in my apartment ) For one it can increase you sense of smell & make you less tolerant to certain scents, upto and including yourself.

Some medication can do this. Also not drinking enough water will make your sweat more 'toxic'.

Sometimes I wonder about these questions. It's like you know the answer, but... Or, you seriously do not know how to get professional help so you come here for free misguided help. Not sure which is worse. My grandfather died of bone cancer, and the sweat stinks. What do you expect? ITS CANCER!!!!
Persperation can stink like what you eat, or that you don't use SOAP to wash with, or you could be already dead. hmmm.
