Just be there to let her tell you how she is feeling. Let her know that you are there for cuddles. Let her take her time to get over this.
The hardest thing you can do is pretend to let them know you know what they are going through. It is the worst thing you can do trust me.

Hug her and love her and listen while she tells you she will never be happy again. Distraction and keeping busy helps but the only thing that makes a broken heart better is time.

Exercise releases endorphins, and endorphins make you happy. If, of course, you can't get her out for a jog or a bike ride, you can encourage her to look at the positives in her life, and perhaps suggest that she spend more time doing activities that she enjoys, like sports, crafts, or performing to take her mind off of things. Other than that, it just takes time.

I would hope you would help her. Did you mean how? Just tell her how you felt when you were young and in love and broke up for the first time.

My own mother gave me this great bit of advice, tell her:
When you're young, all of your relationships are just practice for the future. With each relationship you will learn more about yourself and what you're looking for in a partner. This one just wasn't meant to be...someone greater will be there for you in the end.
