If YOU live here they have to. Do you have an American birth certificate? Use that. If not, they will have to let you in anyway if you live here. There are many illegal kids in school. If you were born here you can go to school. You may have to have another person sign for you or show proof of where you are living if you are living with another family member. You may need to get another person to sign as your guardian. But they can't stop you from going to school.
You should talk to the school district yourself about what you need to register or go with an aunt or someone.

You have two different issues. The first is that, if born in the US, you are a US citizen and can, theoretically, go to public school. The second is that Virginia law - which everyone is subject to - says you can't go to school in Virginia at all unless you are either living with your parents or with a legal guardian. So, get legal guardianship from a family member who does live in Virginia. Welcome to America.

Good... and you are not a U.S. Citizen... that is B.S.

You are an anchor baby and both of you need to take a hike...

Sorry, but your mom asked for it when she illegally entered. Unfortunately, you must pay the price as well...

Oh.. and while we're at it, considering your mother is illegally in the U.S., as a Mexican citizen, you are automatically obligated to Mexican for Mexican citizenship as well--- which is violating another U.S. law, "dual citizenship."

You are being silly because if you were born in the US, you and I know that you are considered an American citizen and there is no problem with you going to school. The problem for you is going to be when Immigration comes to deport your mom!

Go to LA if you can, they'd probably take you. If you can't do that, YOU, at least, are a US citizen, and thus entitled to a good, public education. Reread the law, because that sounds really weird to me...

where is your mother? you pretty much have have to go to school wherever you mother is.... unless you have a guardian in virginia then you can not go to school there, b/c you can not live by yourself.
