I am staying in USA without a Visa. Is it possible as a Swiss just to cross the border to Mexico just to get the eligability for staying 90 more days.

a lot of people do cross border for that purpose. i don't know if it's legal. but it's one way of beating the system

No. The 90-day clock does not restart that easily. You will be readmitted for the balance of the original 90 days only. When your 90 days are up, you have to leave

Unfortunately for your sake no. The U.S. is allowing no further "anybody" over the U.S./ Mexican border legally. So, that would be really bad.

You need to just go home before you're cought. And obtain another visa, whatever one you were holding before. That would be your best bet.
