NONE unless you have invested research and time into knowing what you are doing. Do you have pedigreed, proven and titled champions? Have you done DNA and medical testing to rule out genetic and hereditary health problems inherent to some breeds? Are you doing it for money or are you a hobby breeder? Unless you can say without hesitancy that you can comply with all of the above then NO dog is right for you to be breeding...

If there was one best dog breed for all people and all tasks, then there'd be just one breed.

Me, I have a Great Pyrenees, and I love her dearly. I couldn't live with a labrador, it'd drive me nuts (and I had labs as a kid, so I'm not just inventing that). Most people who like labradors would be very frustrated with a pyr. I know I couldn't deal with terriers, and since I don't live on a farm anymore, a border collie wouldn't work for me.

The best dog breed is the one that suits you, and the only way to know that is to research. Even if you're planning on heading down to the shelter (and hey, I've had plenty of mutts in my life too, they can be great dogs) it helps if you have an idea of which breeds you could and couldn't live with, before you get there, so you can at least rule out the ones that would make you insane if you took them home.

Dummy, you don't know how to ask an intelligent question; you shouldn't be allowed to breed dogs or anything else unless you think it out. Breed dogs for WHAT??? Hunting, herding sheep, protecting you, sitting in your silly lap, digging up rats? WHAT, Huh? WHAT?

Oh, yeah, and you're really asking the 'experts' here, aren't you?

If you want to make money off of breeding then I suggest English Bull Dogs. They sell for anything from $900. on up to $2000. no joke.

Golden Retriever, and, Labs. They are so loving, so human: they can't even in dreams harm friends. They keep company with you and others at home so well, very intelligently, never callous, always sensitive to your needs and moods.
