That IS your buzz.
Leave the beer, wine, & spirits alone honey. You won't be missing a thing.

Seriously, you may have to drink more than one glass of wine to get a buzz. At first, I get kinda dizzy but the more I drink, the more relaxed I get and then I start acting like a fool (even more so than usual).

The smaller you are the lesser amounts of alcohol you're going to be able to consume without feeling the effects.
You might want to check the alcoholic content of the wine you're drinking, drink with a meal or after a meal, and drink slowly instead of all at once.

You might be drinking on an empty tummy. Have you tried eating crackers/peanuts with your drink? I make sure I've eaten before I have a drink. Also... take a headache pill 2-3 hours before having a drink... that helps as well. Good Luck.

There is some kind of chemical in alcohol that some people are intolerant of, could possibly be that.
