I found this bird. He look like have a swollen feet at his leg there... Have to being it to the doctur?

Either get him to a vet, or call a wildlife rehabilitator (or wildlife official if you have no rehabs center in your area).

I have had parakeets before and i also had this problem with 1 of mine. The problem might be that his cage isn't clean, and when he walks, his waist might be causing an infection. If there are 2 in the cage or together, then it would be good to separate them, so the other doesn't pick at the injury. Make sure the cage bars are all smooth, so when he lands on them he won't nick his feet on them, and check for small strings around the foot. Overall take you pet to the vet IMMEDIATELY! This way if there is an illness the vet can take care of it quickly. Make sure you always clean it's toys with warm/hot water. Hope it helps!!! :)

It's a good idea to get the bird to an Avian vet as soon as possible. You don't have much time to save a birds life once you notice something is wrong. It's a very narrow window. Good luck.
