YES!!! I have been telling my four cats for a long time to get jobs, but they are pretty useless so I don't know what they could do. Even if they were to get jobs I would have to drive there and pick them up unless they got a job close to the house.
One of my cats kneads on you so I guess he could be a massage therapist.
One is always sticking his nose into things and getting in the way so he probably could be a security guard.
One mostly sleeps all day and doesn't do anything else so she could be a house sitter.
And the last one harasses me following me around all the time yelling at me so she probably could be a bill collector.

Knit sweaters out of excess fur for all your relatives and save on xmas gifts. If the cat is asleep it needs a brush or a new toy, possibly both...

Your cat won't get a job. Dogs have masters; cats have servants.
Awhile back, my cat had the audacity to ask for her own credit card.

Lol, only if you think it would do any good. I often say that to my cats. I say why don't you go get a job and support me for a change? They just glare at me like I am crazy. I wonder what they would say if they could talk? I don't think any of us would really want to know.

you should let sleeping cats lie..Thats what they do best..16 or more hours a day. Becides they type of work a cat would do is bring you dead mice, birds, etc..not something you want to wake up too. yummy breakfast in bed,,yeck.

Yeah I told him to get a job and then he got his suit on and got a job at Pet Co. They had a cat-nip discount.

Mine had a job for a while, but he would come home so stressed out and then blow his whole check at this sleazy catnip bar that it just wasn't worth it. I'd settle for a tax credit.
