Yes. It is their job to find a cure. But why hasn't it been found yet? Isn't

Agree that common cold doesnt have a cure yet. This is because they are caused by viruses. Even AIDS is caused by virus. Why cant the developed nations invest in these researches than wasting their tax payers money in IRAQ?

Aids affects such a small percentage of the population that it's not relevant. It's totally preventable and only a problem for people with high risk behavior. The only reason this is such a concern is because so many celebrities caught it in the 80s. The money being wasted on a cure should be going to a more worthy cause, such as cancer or birth defects research.

A.I.D.'s isn't looking for a cure, it is looking for victims.
Yes, there is a very highly effective chemical mixture that reduces significantly the immune system effect of aids on the human body. Must remember, AID's was created in a petre dish using the virus SRV from the resis monkey. They had the tonic mentioned above when they produced HIV from the SRV virus from the resis monkey. This SRV virus was taken from the resis monkey and added to another virus, which created the HIV. This occurred in 1969. It was the 'World Health Organization' that first took the new HIV to Zaire to test it.
It must also be understood, politicians in developed countries have a vested interest in keeping world population growth down. Think of how the earth would be, in terms of population, if there suddenly was a growth factor of 5 on earth. Why that would mean a growth factor of 5billion to the fifth power. Do the math (five billion to the fifth power is 5billion times itself five times), the politicians are restricted by certain fraternal orders from allowing that to happen. AIDS is a solution for the ruling class, not a problem.

It is definitely NOT an insult. Finding a cure for a disease is extremely hard especially A.I.D.S. because the virus continually manipulate its form so finding a single cure for it won't help because it keeps on changing. Therefore, we don't have a cure for it yet. You can read more about HIVs and AIDS online or in your public library. That way you can know more about it and understand that it's not easy to find a cure to anything!

aids is a very complicated condition that combines its own properties with the many diseases that come along and thrive on a body without immunity, they are still fighting cancer, why is it an insult that they cant cure aids, they cant cure the common cold, however aids is not an immediate death sentence now, though its expensive to treat they are staying alive lots longer and in better condition than they used to.

No, I don't think so. There are many diseases that scientists can't find the cause and cure for that they have been working on for decades. Unfortunately, research takes a tremendous amount of time, effort and money.

It's not the scientists' fault, they try their best everyday to find cures for something new. I think it is possible to cure aids in the future...but a very long future.

I believe that they have determined small pox to be "cured". It doesn't happen overnight - it takes decades.
