Twelve of his disciples, three of them are leaving, one is handing him a cup with hemlock, the others are grieving. It would be fair to assume that one of them is Plato.

The other figures in David's death of Socrates are simply referred to as his diciples, although the figure in white at the foot of the bed with his head bowed is Plato.
