The guy likes the control everywhere but in bed. To much control on our parts drives them away.

It would depend on the guy. Some guys (I would say most) like to be in control at least most of the time. Others are super controlling and will drive you crazy! Still, others, love to be controlled and want you to be their "mama".

Men are the providers, the supporters. Their main job in a relationship is to make the woman feel secure and safe. A woman is the caretaker, we feel the need to care of our man emotionally and physically. In short we nurture and they provide. It is their masculine traits that make us feel safe, secure and femanine. I think most women like the idea of a big strong man to make us feel safe, even though we know we can absolutely take care of ourselves.Being in a relationship is a choice. I don't like the word controlling. I don't think anyone likes to, or should be controlled; however I do think men like a woman who is smart and independent, but not so independent that she doesn't need him. Men often choose a woman because of the way they make them feel, needed and confident in their abilities.

i like to take turns with control, while dancing, in sex, i like her to be in control, in life i like to share control/decisions...
