If you want to live with her for the rest of your life, take care of her when she's sick, share everything with her, including money. I'm pro-marriage.

I would say no, because the shelf life of this relationship is expired. If you really wanted to marry her, you would have done it by now.
Instead you are coasting in the dating relationship, but so unsure of what to do, that you ask the Internet.
If you really were ready to marry your gal, you would not have to ask.

Yes if you think that you ready to be in a life time commitment. and that you are happy and that she is ready you can't marry if the woman not ready.
