Most of the things in life aren't healthy! It just depends on your portions. So, if you like it, eat it! Just don't over do it....which is hard to do with corn bread....mmm..it is good!! If your still freakin' out about it just look on the nutritional facts on the back of the box

well it depends on the recipe, but many recipes add lots of sugar. others stick to the grains, so the healthiness of the bread definitely varies.
