I know you can tell if you see it soft, but who really sees their penis when it's soft? Is there any other way to tell?

You haven't seen a soft penis? That's actually kind of weird...If you can pull way too much skin toward the tip when it's hard...wait a bit and then confirm your suspicions.

have you seen the guy's penis? i am guessing all circumcised d*cks look the same, why would a soft and hard one look different? exept for the size. i dont think there is a way to tell just by looking through one's pants, if thats what you're asking. find out by asking the dude where he was born. usually only people who were born in the U.S. are circumcised, every other country dont do that. i am circumcised, just for your information.

Uncircumcised penis has a foreskin that you can pull back to get to the head of the penis. If there's no skin to pull back, it's circumcised.

when it is soft, skin will normally come over and cover the head. you can also tell when he is hard though. when hard the skin normally retracts. whe you give him a handjob, the skni will come ove the head still. however if he is cut, trying to find out this way may hurt him! just ask!

It's covered soft or hard if uncircumcised. If you still aren't sure, ask him. If you can't ask personal questions, you shouldn't be having sex with them. The sex act is as personal as you can get.

Ask him. Or sleep with him. If you can see the "head" then he's circumcised.

or maybe you can check their medical records in the hospital or clinics.. though those are private documents but who knows, maybe you have a friend who works there....

yes if he is not there will be lot of extra skin up there.when u get it in your hand roll it forward and see. also if u have sex after he gets off it will go down and u will know
