Hello. I am 13 years old, and lately i've been walking on a treadmill at 2.5 miles per hour.

I wanted to know how much I should wheigh, and approximately how long it will take me to get there XD

I am about.. 1.55 metres (I'm a bit short for my age ._.), and wheigh almost 67 kilos.

So yeah, it would be nice if you could answer. Oh yeah, I wlk 25 minutes everyday.

well if you want to lose weight that will barley do anything for you, you need to power walk or run or both for 30 mins or more
