I have been carting around this extra kidney now pushing forty three years. I thought I might sell it off if I could and upgrade another part of my body,maybe get some lipo.
So can I do this legally? Help me out.

Go to the Philippines my friend. Great SCUBA diving, warm tropical breezes and top-notch medical facilities. They'll pop that kidney out and you can be sipping a cocktail by the pool the next day. And they make a great pork sandwich.

I had an uncle who had the same idea. He went to Singapore to have the surgery and we never heard from him again. We all figure there was more need for his body parts than he had at first realized.
