A flat-iron is a great way to straighten your hair.

I have to rave about my flat iron: it's a mid priced Sallys find (Christmas gift). It is one of those porcelain/ion thingys. It is the best thing since sliced bread!!! Turn it on while you do your make up and by the time your done, it is hot enough to fry an egg and straighten your hair - WITHOUT FRIZZ (and yes I have some hard kinks to flatten out).

BUY A HAIR STRAIGHTENER OR DO WHAT WE DID AS KIDS GET A FRIEND TO IRON YOUR HAIR. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BROWN PAPER BAG BETWEEN THE IRON AND YOUR HAIR AND BE CAREFUL

A flat iron......be careful what type you buy....don't buy a real cheap one or really expensive one. I bought a 1 inch $150 ceramic one and I don't like it as well as my 2 inch $25 Conair one. Good Luck!
