A weight of 116 is quite light for a person 5-6, but not necessarily indicative of malnutrition. Talk to your doctor about it at your next checkup; if he says you're fine, assume he's right.

YOu are only 14, as you get older you body is going to change. It will get more mature and you will not be as thin, believe me the same thing happened to me. Also dont worry about what other people think it is so much better to be thin than to be overweight. When you get older you are going to miss these times because this body will not last you forever. Dont worry.

I think you need to quit worrying about what others say. If you feel good, just go with that. You are you and thats all you need. Be happy youre thin, cuz the older you get your metabolisim will slow down. If youre the type that is going to be thin no matter what, enjoy it, cuz when youre older, others will be jealous, no matter what they tell you. This is coming from experience. Ive always been thin, and I LOVE it....um, so does my husband...lol

sorry for your ill meaning friends. JUst keep to a healthy diet, don't obsess over the mirror, feed your brain and body. I was super lean as a teen, 'bean pole' but no one was calling each other anorexic back then. Just try hard to make wise choices for your body, and goodluck!

Don't care what people say about what they think about you as long as you like how you look it shouldn't matter. People tell me I'm skinny and sum people say I'm not. People just mess wit u because they want to be you. Just don't trip because in the end they gone be the one that's wishing they are your size.

You should weigh more than 130. Not 15 pounds less.

You are alright. I am 5'6 and was 115 at one time. Now I'm 125. Some people can eat and eat and still won't gain any weight.

As long as you are healthy then who cares what people think , just remember how you feel right now and then pay attention to how bigger people are treated in high school, see words do hurt

Just get a check-up; if a doctor says there's no problem, don't let others rule over how you feel about yourself or tell you what to do. That way definitely lies disaster.
