after a romantic night together or some other special moment so the other person cant resist saying it back to you because of the recent thoughts of how wonderful that night was still fresh in his mind.

what i would do is send a love you card and mail it to the person and write a few verses of how you feel and sign it. Or i will plan a simple walk through the park or just ask that somebody out to dinner or tea and when you see the right moment then you tell the person how you feel.

if you truly love a person, that's all that you need. A hug or kiss can denote physical attraction, but true love, love from the heart, will need either those 3 words, or none at all, for you would know just by seeing each other.

sometimes you really dont need to say anything..everything is understood by the way you look or talk..but if i were u i would wait for valentine's day.
or just say " i think i have feelings for u" would be enuff to make the other person wonder.
