Look in the yellow pages under food distributors or baking distributors. If this doesn't do the trick ask your local bakeries who is their distributor. It is usually SISCO and they can order for you. I get my supplies from Aberdeen Produce and Provisions. They supply the schools and stores in our area.
However, They are just as cheep at Wal mart or Sam's club.
Or you can go on line to your search engine and look under baking supplies. That way you can get estimates on what everyone is charging.

see if you have a "Smart N Final" store near you, they are like Sam's and Costco but you don't need a membership and buying in bulk is cheaper there.

Depends on where you live. Near me [in NY] there's Sam's Club and there's Costco. But I think you have to be a member to buy stuff.
