Also, more importantly.. I'm concerned with what would my grandmother's sister's children and their children be to me? I'm actually looking for the correct terminology.

I usually let my genealogy software figure it out, but here goes:

Your grandmother's sister is your third cousin, twice removed, also known as a great-aunt. You are related to her through your great-grandparents, and you are two generations apart.

Your grandmother's sister's children are your third cousins, once removed.

Your grandmother's sisters children are your third cousins.

I have met some 5th cousins through my genealogy searches, and it has been very interesting.

your grandmother's Children would be second or third cousin to and you would be the same to them.

Your grandmother's sister is your great-aunt (or I believe now they may be calling it 'grand aunt').

Your great aunt's children would be first cousins to your parent, thus making them your 2nd cousins.

Your 2nd cousin's children would be your 3rd cousins

I believe your grandmothers sister would be your Great-Aunt. Her children would be your second cousins and their children once removed...I think
