There is nothing absolutely accurate when it comes to the "sciences" of psychology or psychiatry. We're still apes in those fields.

Not at all. It is perfectly within one's capability to diagnose themselves for several mental illnesses and accept the fact rationally and even attempt to work on their problems alone or with self-help literature.
