It is the same as other countries.
Wealthy people hang out at upscale shopping places, fancy restaurants, nice health clubs and spas, cultural things like theaters and opera houses, expensive hotels and etc.
They are less likely found at slums, laundromat, on the bus or at bus stop, cheap motel, etc.
Don't you rather settle with a nice woman who you have special feeling for and not her things?
I believe a little bit in destiny. If it is meant to be, you could run into the future Mrs. in school, elevator, street, party, etc.

I don't think Thailand is where you would go to meet wealthy women. You could make a Thai women wealthy but that's a whole differrent thing. Any American who travels to Thailand is considered wealthy by Thai standards because most Thai people can not afford to travel.

Forget the wealthy you have no chance unless you are super rich ? Try an educated self sufficient one instead, teacher etc
