wrennightwind is wrong. The operation does not make your penis longer. Most of the penis is inside the body. Ligament hold there and act as support during an erection. The operation cuts some of these ligaments, so your penis hang lower on your body (which makes it look longer) but you've cut the supports so the erection would look more like a the leaning tower of Pisa than a straight flag pole.

Why do you want it longer? A long penis is of no benefit at all, it can harm your partner badly - really if the partner is a woman of course, but you have such a strange way of living in USA.
It is a question of anatomy and it goes to far way to tell you how and why.

I have heard of operations where they actually bring the part of the penis that is hidden inside of the body forward and can add inches that way, but it sounds incredibly painful and probably very expensive.
