I can suggest you only what I do to control my short temper. I count reverse from 10 to 1. Normally I calm down just in one time but sometimes I have to do it twice. Just try. If you get success, please do write to me. Bye

Think it twice before taking any action.if you feel you are going to loose your temper then increase the intake of air each time you breathe.Think what can be the worst, and try to prepare yourself for that.this way you will be able to control.

remove yourself from that very situation that has gotten your blood boiling. leave the room quick....if you're in a formal group setting and someone upsets you...just say "give me a moment please"...and leave. go collect your thoughts, breathe in and out and think clearly at what just happened. If you use those polite words, the people left will be impressed with your intelligence of dealing with the *******(s) in the group that got you upset.
If you're with a group of friends....the same thing...but this time say "give me a fuckin second"....and the same thing...leave and repeat step one. words are impactful...but so are actions.
good luck and don't take people that seriously.

COUNT,, and walk away. Remove yourself from the situation. It helps. Just remember that everybody has there ways of expressing things, so take some time to figure out what would the best way for you to react to different situations or how you could react differently....

try to avoid stressful situations. notice when your getting mad and take a few deep breaths. find out why you're so angry most the time and talk to someone about it or write it down as long as you get whatever is bothering you off your chest it should help and if all else fails then go to anger management.
