On the seventh day The God Arrested - Rested, Stopped because HE was finished.
The word RESTED is not the same as we REST- because we get tired.
The God just stopped because he was done.
The seven day week works out pretty good for humankind.
A number of businesses INCLUDING KODAK tried a ten day week - it lasted only a few months.
We could have a 10 day week with ten months in a year.
A ten day clock too.
But WHAT WOULD BE SO SUPER ABOUT TENS. Nothing.

You will have to check in the Science or Mathematics section of yahoo. As I remember the Earth travels around the sun 365.? days, anyway people have figured the math and science and broken down the time involved to make hours, etc.
You know this. As GOD made all these scientific and mathematics formula - I know HE is proud his creations figured all this out. Now we have to find answers on medical, and social questions that are literally killing people.
Don't know your intent, so asking in religion and spirituality is confusing me. I probably took you to literal.
Ha, later.

That's the point!!!!!!!! No one can change it my dear friend. Hope you believe it.
That's God's rule.
Whoever in this world/universe have to obey his command. Isn't it?
You can tell this to unbelievers that no point of shouting and screaming and trying to prove that one God (Father,Jesus & Holy Spirit) does not exist, as long as we all are under His command and rule.
7 days per week is the best example to show that everybody directly or indirectly obeys God.

No every one in the world does have a 7 day week. They only have it if people enforce it upon them.

That is the same argument that has dry sundays up in some towns across this country. So Stupid. Why would you not sell liquor on the day of football? Religious people sometimes suck!
