I am having a fondue party tonight and would love to know some good combinations of food to dip into the oil.

Beef and seafood; of your choice. I wouldn't use chicken or pork; I prefer the beef and seafood. But you should use a broth instead of oil for your fondue.

Broth, cabaret or white wine, and seasoning. I used to work at a fondue restaurant.

Hey we use broth instead of oil. It's less messy, more tasty, and less fattening.
