i dont know what to do i love the out doors, but if a bug tryes to land on me i freak out. They disgust me

Wear some repellant to keep thje biting things off, first of all. And, you know, I used to have a problem with bugs, too, but I watched a few nature shows and saw their world, etc., and looked at a few closely and realized I was the most terrifying thing in their world, not the other way around. Now I have an understanding with insects - stay outta my house and off me, and we won't have any problems. It'll take time, but maybe you need to confront your fear to move past it.

I don't like bugs, either. I carry Raid at all times.
