been useing it for 3 days and i see no diffrence still tiggling and the other stuff. Also my doctor told me to break open caplse and pore the powder into drink and mix it and drink it cause hard time swolling.

Give it 2 weeks to work.
if nothing happens call your doctor to be re-evaluated.

You need to wait 2-3 weeks to see a difference.

it did nothing for me except I seemed to fall down more often so of course I don't take it anymore.

It takes a while. Or, it just doesn't work for you, it didn't work for me.
