Find out why your parents dissapprove. Usually it is not because of the race, but because of his individual qualities. Most parents want the best for their daughters. They would want their daughters to marrie a man who can provide for her, and not a thug.

I am a w/f and was 15 when i had my first black boyfriend. My parents did not approve. To make a long story short, we stopped seeing each other and now after 20 years we are still friends and go out. My parents just had to realize that I am attracted to b/m and they would have to accept it.

Either ur parents don't want u dating them or they don't want you dating anybody. In any case, you need to put their wishes in this department aside and go out with whoever YOU choose.
