Drink 2litres of water per day, Eat 6 small meals per day consisting of Protein (which sustain you longer than any other food) and complex Carbohydrates (brown rice, brown pasta, vegetables etc). Avoid foods high in sugar i.e Chocolate, Candy etc as this give you lots of energy (temporarily) but will increase your hunger later throughout the day.

Exercise is strangely a great way to reduce your hunger pangs.
Also, drink lots of water.
Do something with your hands or mind that takes the focus off your hunger (knitting, writing, word puzzles).
Of course, you could always fight hunger with food!

Eat more protein and much less carbohydrate. Carbs will stimulate insulin which will lower your blood sugar and you're hungry again within 2 hours of eating.

yup.water.also,instead of eating simple carbo like white rice,u should eat brown rice or oats-complex carbo.that way,you would not be so hungry as the food will take a longer time to break down.

Eat things that expand in your stomach
Such as carrots and pears.
make sure to eat something that takes longer to digest in the morning, such as something with protein, not just simple sugars such as cereal.
