i do not apply too many products on my face.
just regular regime like exfoliating twice a week, cleasing, toning and moisturise.
if there is are acnes,i'll drink juices like celery+cucumber+green apple as i believe products won't do u any good.what matters most is internal.this will reduce ur "heatiness" and thus ur acne will disappear.

I am black but light skinned, kind of Like Jada Pinkett's skin tone. Now I had bad acne, the scars were practically black, they started when I was 11.

I tried everything, the commercial creams on telly, everything.

I then went to the doctor, he gave me all sort of creams, which did not help.

I then, about 3 years ago, thought what the hell, I then went to a health store called Holland and Barrett and went in there on the off chance.

I was asking for the impossible, I asked the lady, have you got anything for Acne, I thought she was going to give me something I have already tried or something that I have previously heard of that never worked.

She told me to try MSM, something that is for brittle bones I think as I saw a skeleton on the jar. She told me to also take vitamin A and Garlic tablets

The vit A is for the skin and the garlic is a blood purifier, which gets rid of toxins in the body.

I think the MSM purifies the blood as well.

I had to buy 2 packs of MSM which cost me £42.00 or $21.00 and took them for about 6 months, when they ran out, I continued on vit A and garlic alone.

I have not been on any of them tablets now for about a year and they have not come back.... I promise you. I mean I take the garlic every now and again but I look after my skin externally, like cleansing and using PALMERS COCOA BUTTER every day twice a day.

I mean, I do get the odd spot, but I dont have the scar afterwards, I assumed this is due to the Cocoa Butter.

I really wish I had a before and after picture.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/
that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Acne or pimples are a complexion problem resulting in skin inflammations. The specific type and cause of an acne problem may affect how the acne is treated. Acne can be caused by stress, hormonal activity, bacteria, steroids, and over-active glands.

I used to think frequent washing of up to 3 times a day is helpful, but of no avail. Over the counter acne cream doesn't help as well.

What you need is to see a doctor to prescribe a antibiotic base cream or lotion. (you can't buy over the counter). It works like miracle, within days it diminishes and you need to follow up with the lotion as preventive measure.

All the best to you.

All u need to do is to wash face with antibacterial liquid soap,

Ceftin = an antibiotic from the dermatologist
prednsone = a steroid.

Also have used injections, and laser treatments.
All work pretty well.
The dermatologists are amazing, and covered by insurance.
