I don't know. It is in bits and pieces, much put up by others than the government. It varies in quality.
I do know that under the Senate Bill even the 370 miles of fence they ask for isn't 370 miles. They can 'count towards it' fence already there.

You couldn't call it a fence. Its down all together in places. Washes converted into highways pass under the barbed wire. It's pathetic. In more remote areas you would never even know you crossed an international border.
