Go to the doctor, but sounds like a muscle spa sum, but could be something else more serious. Write the times down, and description of what happens so you can tell the doctor when you see him/her.

Try getting more sleep, and cut back on sodas and or coffee if you like caffene.I am a truck driver and used to have this problem.Sleep and decaff cured me, but if it doesn't work for you tell your Doctor. If you are young and going to school I would bet it's all about sleep. good luck.
