my little doggie, Kiara, is sooo silly and smart. she LOVES to wear sweaters and pretty necklaces and stuff. She even picks out her own sweater or shirt to wear!

she's also awesome because she lets us do this to her:

and she's trying to act annoyed here but she's really a big ham!

OH! and she HATES the rain!! I have to put on her a raincoat and little booties before she goes out or else she won't go do her business!!

My other big poopie is just a kind and gentle soul. Nanook is awesome because though he's already 12 years, he plays around and runs around like he's a pup. And of course he doesn't know his size, he thinks he's tiny like my other doggie. He still brings the fear in people just because of his size! He wouldn't hurt a fly though, but people don't know that. When I walk him in my neighborhood, people literally walk in the street to avoid him. The don't know that he's just a big silly poopie who just wants love!

What a cute dog you have!

I have a 5.5 month old German Short haired Pointer / Border Collie mix. He is such a good looking little guy we named him Guapo, Spanish for handsome. it's pronounced "wa-po" the g sounds like guacamole "wa ka mo le".

Guapo is very intelligent and proud. He loves children and ladies. His best friend is our oldest female cat. They play together so well. We can watch their interactions and totally see that he will ask her to play with him. He lightly touches her with his nose and then backs off. If she wants to play, she will chase him around the apartment until she tires and she will then end up on the back of my recliner looking down on him with her ears standing straight up hisses twice at him and then starts purring. She even lets him clean her ears.

I've recently started training him to ring a bell when he needs to go outside. This dog is by far the smartest dog I have ever had in my life he also has one of the sweetest dispositions of any dog I have ever known.

I presently have a shi-poo (shi tzu poodle mixture) and a beagle terrier mixture that are rescue canine. George, the shi-poo, is a lap canine and 15 lbs with one hundred pound ideas-set! He struts everywhere like he owns the joint! Gina became a stray that apparently had on no account had any loving and he or she can't get sufficient petting and abdomen scratching. once you end petting her she can take her paw and gently pull your hand back. With those soulful eyes how might desire to every physique face up to? the two certainly one of them are my shadows and save on with me from room to room. i will on no account understand the way every physique might have ever abandoned/mistreated those candy animals. My previous canine, Champ, became a cocker spaniel (regrettably he surpassed over the rainbow bridge at sixteen yrs final December) and he became very protecting yet oh, so, loving. no one that he did no longer understand might desire to come interior the backyard devoid of him elevating a fuss. yet, whilst it got here to the cats, he became a huge wuss and can conceal. i will continuously omit him.

well, she's very sweet and intelligent..you can see my baby here..she's 6 and her name is Moxie. I think she understands every word I say. If I say go to bed, I don't need to say it twice. Know any kids that will do that? hehehe. She really prefers the company of people. She's so social.
I've trained her to not bark or lick. When I bathe her..she knows not to shake until I say it's ok. She goes everywhere with me. I traveled 500 miles round trip the other day..of course she went..I'm just a doting dad..you know?

Our dog is just like a kid. She plays dress-up with my girls, eats the crumbs off the floor just like my infant son, and gets as excited as all the kids when my husband comes home. The only difference is she understands the word "no". She really is great even if she does always have that "dog smell".

You have a cute dog.
It is true, most dogs are smarter than most men. My dog is smarter than my husband.
She is sweet. A total velcro dog. She hates cats, loves to chase squirrels and is scared stiff of the vacuum cleaner.

He's neurotic! He acts like a wild man on crack! I thought about giving him morphine or zanax, but then, he'd get addicted and I'd have to pay for rehab. I don't know if they have a rehab for Min. Male Yorkies??? I guess until then, I'll have to deal with my ex. wife complaining. Say a prayer for her. He's drivin her nuts! I gave it to my daughter as a birthday present. Whoopee!!!! I Win!! There truly is a God in heaven!!!

cute dog!!
my dog (before he died)...he and i would do this thing where i would say his name and he would stop dead in his tracks, and slowly turn his head and look up with me. then i would scare him, and he would intentionally flinch and keep on walking.

we also taught him how to sit up and beg on his butt, just as a cute trick to do, and he ended up using that trick to ask us things. he would ask if he could come and sit on the couch with us, or he would beg my mom to go to bed every night at 930 that way, or ask if he could have some more food, etc.
all of his groomers also said that he "talked" to them during grooming sessions - he would sit there and bark quietly the whole time.

My dog is our third child. It's NOT the dog. She has to be with us everywhere we are and she loves to be where our 10 & 12 yeard olds are. She's the biggest baby! If the attention is not on her, it's in the wrong place (in her eyes anyway).

Well, my male dog Jasper is a mutt possibly shepherd/husky etc. He is a really intelligent dog and I talk to him all of the time so he knows tons of words and he knows the names of all my family and friends and the sound of thier vehicles! He knows so many tricks and he loves to do them... just the other day I picked up the ball outside and he rolled over and over about ten times before I even said a word! LOL he is so funny and he will do all sorts of tricks before you even get a chance to say the word. He loves treats and will do whatever he can to get them, when I have visitors he goes to one after the other and "asks" them for a treat, the treats are on top of the fridge.. and he always starts out with his head on the persons lap and then "talks" to them to get thier attention and does a kind of backwards jump to get to the fridge and then spins into the corner and looks up at the treats to say ok give me one!... LOL it is so cute! and he remembers who has given him a treat already and will go to the next person to get another treat. He is a very talented and energetic dog, he is also a big baby and is afraid of thunderstorms. He is very protective of me and makes sure that no one gets out of line at my house, he doesnt allow people to hit one another(even play fight) in his presence and will jump on them and break it up. He is a very sensitive dog and he takes a long time to get used to a new person and will not let new people pet him for a long time and new people have to learn to ignore him because he will bark if they look at him.... he is a scaredy cat and he has a hard time getting used to new adults but instantly loves children. HE is also very calm and gentle, he loves cats and my male cat keads his back when Jasper is curled up, he lets the cats do whatever they want to him and he is so tolerant... he is happy go lucky and is very loving and sweet. Here is some pics of Jasper... Asking for a treat by the fridge.. http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n15/jaspertopaz6/SnowDay002.jpg
Relaxing in the dog chair... http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n15/jaspertopaz6/Jasper03.jpg
With a cat on his back giving him a massage LOL... http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n15/jaspertopaz6/Sassyssleepover034.jpg

My female dog, Girls, is a Springer spaniel/black lab that I got as a stray, she is the sweetest most loving dog and she is also very smart but a little less willing to please..LOL She is a really mellow dog and is a little lazy and chubby but her personality is so loving and gentle.. she likes everyone and ignores what she doesnt want to hear. She loves to bark and is alot more vocal than Jasper... she is quite the whiny baby but is not afraid of anything and she loves to roll in the grass grunting and barking the whole time..LOL She is stubborn but still listens well and I love her alot! She is very gentle but is also a good protector. She is silly at times and acts like a goof when the mood strikes her. Girls is also very sensitive and her feelings are easily hurt, but she is very tolerant and not much ruffles her feathers! She holds a grudge for a long time though... I just had to take her to the vet for surgery on a hematoma in her ear and she was very upset with me and wouldnt look at me for 2 days!! She also is a a drama queen and is not above faking a limp for some extra attention!! Her main goal in life is to love and be loved and she enjoys a good belly rub..... Here are some pics of Girls.... http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n15/jaspertopaz6/Girlsonthecouch.jpg
