Meth is detectable in urine or blood for about three to five days, depending on your weight, metabolism and whether it was a one time use or continuous use. It can vary from person to person though-up to 7-10 days occasionally. It is really awful stuff, I hope this time is your last!

your hair records everything so keeping it cut short will eliminate that record.in a short time. The fat cells also store a record for years. exercise sweat and lots of water(not cokes) will help flush them. The blood itself for maybe two to four days. The liver can store this for six to twelve months. the kidneys only a few days.

It stays in your system up to seven days, no longer than that.
