Girls are pretty much weird.
I don't know why we do this to guys hahaha.
Just take your time and be patient.

It'll pay off when you guys like make out or something.
I think she's acting like this because, as the others pointed out that she's insecure or maybe she's not ready. Or it could be that she's playing hard to get, trying to figure out if you're up for the challege or not.

Take her by the hands, draw her close and put her hands behind your back. She's hugging you, but if she withdraws, then she does not like you enough to be more physical with you. If she follows through with a kiss, then she was just insecure and wanted you to make the first move. Either way, you will learn why she acts like that.

There are so many books and columns and dating rules that say that girls shouldnt give anything up, that the guy has to work for it. If she gives anything up to you she will be taking away the mystery, she might think you will loose respect for her or once she gives something up to you, you wont want to see her because you got "what you wanted", if she makes you wait she is keeping you keen and letting you get to know her without any physical initimacy. Just go with it, are you not enjoying the tease, wait, mystery? When she is ready you will know it! be patient.

You only think she's teasing because she won't do what you want her to do. Maybe she just doesn't want to kiss and hug. Give her a break!

she's not ready to kiss or hug but give her time and she'll come around and she'll appreciate (and like you more) that you were willing to wait 4 her! but if ur getting impatient not even giving a hug is pretty unreasonable just talk to her and tell her ur willing to wait but that she can trust u and maybe that will move things along faster her knowing u would talk to her if you have a problem!

Wait for the right moment - women are like that - they like there 'feelings' to be touched before they are. Also she maybe doesn't want you to think she's easy. A lot of guys will get a girl and hang her panties out to dry and he's done. Make sure she knows your not like that.

maybe she has firm beliefs about what is okay while dating... she may want to save herself for marriage. and may think kissing or hugging will be too much of a temptation. ask her and see what she believes.

she's playing hard to get most likely. when you take her home and on the porch talk to her about how beautiful she is and take her cheek in ur hand and lean in to kiss her. if she pulls away then she either thinks ur breath smells or she's just not interested that way about u.

nah seriously---things are alot better if you take your time--alot of guys and girls tend to have the pop n drop syndrome--once the sex thing is done a few times they get dumped---if you like herand maybe even love her--you will wait until she is ready to kiss you
