Get some construction paper, thick fabric glue, go outside and collect leaves, sticks, dead bugs, grass, small pebbles, sand, etc.....go inside and make a nature collage.
Get red construction paper and paint with red paint on the red paper, color with red crayons, eat red tomatoes, wear red, go outside and find red stuff.
Turn on classical music, take an old scarf or scrap of material, dance to the rhythm of the music. Draw a picture to the rhythm of the music
Practice pouring various objects from one cup to another. Practice scooping objects from one bowl to another.
Pouring and scooping ideas: Beans, pebbles, beads, water, pom-poms.......
Take the couch cushions and build a mountain have baby climb the mountain, Hang a sheet over 2 chairs and have the baby climb into the cave.
Read, read, read. Go to the bookstore and read.

These were fun to do w/ my 2 year old niece:
make cupcakes on your own, then frost and decorate them together
have a doll spa or action figure pool: fill up bin w/ water or soapy water and give toys a bath
buy some kids music instruments and use them w/ kids music
build a fort out of blankets and chairs
put toppings on pizza together to make at home
go to library, family center, play groups
picnic in park
bubbles, chalk, shaving cream on paper, finger paint

Sometimes different activities have classes that parents and children can take together..if you have money to do that maybe you could sign up for stuff. I've seen such things around for gymnastics, music, dance, and I'm sure others exist depending on your interests or what you'd like to get your child involved with.

Do different stuff w/her. Here are some examples dress up, she can be the mom, play games w/her buy bigger sized puzzles so she can do them, play the name game (where you point to it & she says what it is and vice versa) ther are alot of things you two can do together let her help you as much as possible alot of kids like to help even if they have no clue they just wanna do what we do.

I don't know what the two of you do but you could play cooking, pretend to go to Disneyland or some other place, you could paint and draw. You could let her/him help you bake cookies, take a long walk.

we like to get in the paper and find outdoor events, we go to music on the square, a local museum for kids, the mountains to play in the stream. at home we go outside and pick clovers
