Just use a straw.
You might also want to talk to a doctor about this if you are being serious, because there is something very wrong here to cause a problem like this.

Perhaps you need to see a dentist or someone who deals with the place of the lower jaw and see if you can have it either moved forward or your bottom teeth might be able to be adjusted outward to give you more of a cup situations.
Just a guess, but I would see a bone specialist about your lower jaw.

Maybe you should go to a doctor.... I'm not saying that you have something serious but go let them give you advice... until then try a straw or one of those adult spill proof cups that kinda resemble a childs sippy cup... Good Luck...

There are two ways to avoid this problem, one use a cover on the cup or two use a plastic straw.

Maybe you have a muscular/nerve thing going on. Do you also have headaches or pain in your jaw? Go to the Doctor and find out if it's something serious, in your case you really could die of embarrassment

maybe you have a depth perception problem, where you almost see things in 2-D. how are you at going down stairs? ask your doctor about this.
you know, this is just like that movie "airplane" when the guys say, "...and that's when i started my drinking problem..." and then he takes a glass of alcohol and throws it over his shoulder like he can't get it into his mouth!

If you have numbness associated with this, go immediately to your doctor. It could be nerve damage or a tumor.

I find it difficult to believe any of what you are writing.
However, I would suggest you visit you family physician and discuss the problem.
